About the role

n

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Quality Surveillance Technicalto join a major project team in Adelaide. This role will support project quality activities across inspections, audits, surveillance, vendor documentation and quality management systems within an EPCM setting.

Duties and responsibilities

n

n
- Set up PIAMs and surveillance inspections in line with the QMS schedule.
n
- Perform inspections, PIAMs, audits, surveillance activities and IRCs.
n




- Review quality CDDL vendor deliverables and ensure documentation requirements are met.
n
- Assist with preservation management and coordination of the QMS schedule.
n
- Prepare Audit Terms of Reference and issue quality reports.
n
- Follow up and close out actions arising from PIAMs, audits and surveillance inspections.
n
- Attend project execution and T Minus meetings and assist with site quality deliverables.

Skills and experience required

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' QA/QC experience within EPCM projects.
n
- Trade or engineering background with Cert 10 or CSWIP 3.2 qualification.
n
- Strong knowledge of relevant AS/NZS and ISO industry standards.
n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
n
- Strong report writing, documentation and electronic filing skills.
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and make quality-related decisions.
