We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale Deposit Migration and Product Harmonisation initiatives within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of deposit migration programs, ensuring successful transition of customers, products, and balances.
n
- Drive product harmonisation activities across legacy and target platforms to simplify and standardise banking products.
n
- Manage cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
n
- Develop and oversee program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
n
- Ensure regulatory, operational, and customer outcomes are achieved throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience delivering deposit migration programs in banking or financial services.
n
- Solid background in product harmonisation, core banking transformation, or platform consolidation initiatives.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
n
- Strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills.
n
- Experience working within regulated environments and large-scale transformation programs.
n

Preferred

n

n
- Experience in retail banking deposits, savings, transaction accounts, or core banking modernisation.
n
- Relevant program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
