We are seeking an experienced Vineyard Operator to join our team servicing premium vineyards across the Hunter valley. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors. This position is offered on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

- Operating tractors and Vineyard machinery
n
- Applying fungicides and herbicides in line with safety standards
n
- Performing Vineyard task including pruning, harvesting, shoot thinning, suckering and trellis maintenance
n
- Maintaining high standards of Vineyard care and presentation
n
- Working both independently and as part of a team
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Proven Vineyard experience
n
- Tractor operating experience
n
- Chemical handling certificate
n
- Strong understanding of Vineyard operations and seasonal tasks
n
- High level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
n
- Reliable work ethic's and strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team workplace
n
- Current drivers license and reliable transport
n
