Juv'ae is looking for an organised, relationship-focused Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing team and support cosmetic nurses throughout their journey with Juv'ae.

This is a hands‐on coordination and support role focused on inbound enquiries, onboarding and current nurse support. You will manage your own allocated enquiries and onboarding workload, helping nurses understand the Juv'ae pathway, complete their requirements and access the right support across the network.

You will report to the Onboarding Manager, while maintaining your own clearly defined responsibilities. This is not a management role and does not require outbound new‐business generation.

The Role

n

- Manage inbound enquiries from prospective nurses and clinics.
n
- Guide nurses through the Juv'ae onboarding pathway and required next steps.
n
- Coordinate and follow up onboarding documentation and outstanding requirements.
n
- Maintain regular communication with nurses throughout onboarding.
n




- Provide general non‐clinical support to current Juv'ae nurses.
n
- Maintain accurate HubSpot records, pipeline stages, notes and next actions.
n
- Follow up allocated enquiries and identify onboarding activity that has stalled.
n
- Direct clinical, governance, prescribing, finance and education enquiries to the appropriate team.
n
- Work collaboratively with teams across Juv'ae to provide a seamless nurse experience.
n
- Escalate complex matters appropriately while taking ownership of your day‐to‐day workload.

About You

n

You will be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently and follows things through. You are comfortable managing multiple conversations at once without losing attention to detail.

- Solid customer service, onboarding, administration or account‐support experience.
n
- Excellent phone and written communication skills.
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
n
- Proactive and consistent with follow‐up.
n
- Confident building relationships with nurses and clinic owners.
n
- Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
n
- Able to work independently within your role while knowing when to escalation.
n
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, pharmaceuticals or medical devices would be beneficial, but we are open to candidates from other industries with strong onboarding, customer service and relationship‐management experience
n
- HubSpot experience would be advantageous.
