Pablo & Co. is a Brisbane-based pet accessories brand creating fun, practical products for dogs and their humans. We operate a busy e-commerce, wholesale and retail business from our Kedron warehouse and are looking for an experienced full-time Warehouse Storeperson / Pick Packer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on picking, packing and dispatching online and wholesale orders, along with general warehouse and stock control duties. It would suit someone who enjoys staying busy, working efficiently and accurately, and being part of a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We currently manage approximately 8,000 SKUs, so strong attention to detail, stock accuracy and experience with cycle counting are important parts of the role.

n

A current forklift licence is preferred, however it is not essential. We would also love to hear from applicants who are interested in obtaining their forklift licence and developing their warehouse skills further.

Key responsibilities

n

Picking, packing and dispatching online and wholesale orders using RF scanners

n

Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock

n

Unloading deliveries and pallets

n

Operating a forklift where licensed

n

Replenishing pick locations

n

Managing stock across approximately 8,000 SKUs

n





Completing regular cycle counts and stock accuracy checks

n

Barcoding and labelling stock

n

Using warehouse scanners and inventory management systems

n

Keeping warehouse locations accurate and organised

n

Maintaining a clean, protected and organised warehouse

n

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

About you

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

Has previous warehouse experience

n

Has a current forklift licence, or would be interested in obtaining one

n

Has experience working with a large number of SKUs

n

Has experience with cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy

n

Is comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse systems

n

Has strong attention to detail

n

Can work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy

n

Has good time management and organisation skills

n

Is reliable and punctual

n

Is comfortable with repetitive physical work

n

Is comfortable being on their feet for most of the day

n

Can safely lift boxes weighing approximately 20kg

n

Works well as part of a small team

n

Follows warehouse procedures and direction
