Job Description

Reporting directly to the owner, you will act as the appointed Licensee and lead the day-to-day operations of the agency across Residential Sales, Property Management and Business Development. You will inherit a loyal, capable and long-standing team, with many employees having been with the business for six to ten years. Following a structured handover, you will take ownership of operations, compliance, people and performance, working with the owner on strategy while running the business yourself.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop department leaders across Sales and Property Management
n
- Build leaders by coaching the team to think strategically, make decisions and report with confidence
n
- Establish regular leadership meetings, clear reporting and genuine accountability
n
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
n
- Act as the appointed Licensee and hold responsibility for regulatory compliance
n
- Ensure agency operations meet legislative and industry requirements
n
- Oversee compliance processes, trust accounting and audit requirements
n
- Review and improve systems, processes and workflows across the business
n
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing performance management
n




- Work with the owner to set and implement the business growth strategy

About you

n

- A current Western Australian Real Estate Agent's Licence or eligibility to obtain one
n
- Extensive leadership experience within the real estate industry
n
- Robust working knowledge across both Property Management and Sales
n
- A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
n
- Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills
n
- Genuine people leadership, coaching and motivational ability
n
- Excellent commercial judgement, organisational discipline and problem-solving skills
n
- The confidence to make difficult decisions while maintaining a positive team culture
n
- The ability to commit to the Geraldton region and maintain a consistent presence with the team
n

$140,000 to $160,000 + super
