Job Description

UGL CPB Humelink West is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor for the HumeLink West Project in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The role is FIFO 14:7, reporting to the Superintendent, and focuses on leading a large fleet of civil construction plant while ensuring safety, productivity, and program delivery.

You will coordinate operators, subcontractors, and support staff, driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple work fronts.
