Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs. Your Responsibilities:

Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years Mentor and support Assistant Educators Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards Qualifications & Attributes:
