Current Opportunity Room Leaders (Part time - Up to 37.5 hours per week) Ideal for experienced early childhood professionals who are passionate about leading teams, mentoring educators, and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning and development.

About You

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Positive, professional, and collaborative approach

Availability to work on a 5-day rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm
