About the Role

n

Big Box Cars is looking for a motivated Trainee Vehicle Buyer to join our growing buying team in Salisbury.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for a salesperson or automotive professional looking to upskill and build a long‐term career in vehicle buying.

n

You'll learn how to identify, value and purchase quality vehicles while working alongside an experienced buying team.

What you'll be doing

n

Source and identify opportunities to purchase quality vehicles

n

Build relationships with customers and external leads

n

Conduct vehicle valuations and negotiate purchases

n





Manage the vehicle purchasing process from enquiry to completion

n

Complete purchasing paperwork and administration

n

Work with the wider team to achieve buying targets

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

Confident communicating and building rapport

n

Comfortable making outbound calls and negotiating

n

Passionate about cars and the automotive industry

n

Customer‐focused with strong attention to detail

n

Motivated to learn and develop

n

Able to work independently and as part of a team

n

Open C Class Driver Licence

n

Previous vehicle buying experience is not required — we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
