n business based on the Gold Coast. We specialise in kitchen and bathroom
n transformations — giving our clients a brand-current kitchen or bathroom feel,
n without the cost of a full replacement. We've built a reputation for quality
n work, honest communication, and genuine care for our clients' homes.

We're looking for an experienced, full-time cabinetmaker to join
n our growing team — someone who takes real pride in their craftsmanship, thinks
n outside the box, and comes up with creative solutions when a job doesn't go to

What You'll Be Doing

n

Reviewing job plans and prepping for
n installation

n

Completing retrofits and installs on-site,
n working around each home's quirks with practical, creative solutions

n

Ensuring each job is finished to a high
n standard, minimising snags and rework

n

Meeting clients in their homes and
n treating each one with the same care and respect you'd want in your own

n





Liaising with customers and the team
n clearly and honestly throughout each project

n

Keeping the job management system up to
n date

n

The Ideal Applicant

n

Self-motivated, and loves variety and
n problem-solving

n

Thinks outside the box and comes up with
n creative solutions on the job, not just by the book

n

Takes pride in quality craftsmanship and
n attention to detail

n

Can work independently and manage their
n own installs

n

Has at least 5 years' experience in
n cabinetmaking and installation

n

Has a clean Australian driver's licence

n

Holds (or can obtain) a QLD Working With
n Children Check, police check, and construction white card

n

Comfortable using job management software
n and basic tech tools

n

Polite, well-presented, and professional
n when working in clients' homes
