Property Manager Assistant (Chinese speaker preferred)
Our client is an established residential leasing and property management company operating across NSW. They manage a diverse and growing residential portfolio, including apartments, houses, new developments and house-and-land properties.
They are looking for a reliable and organised Property Manager Assistant to join our Sydney Property Management team.

They are looking for a reliable and organised Property Manager Assistant to join our Sydney Property Management team.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on support role combining property management administration and regular property visits.
Working closely with our Property Managers, you will assist with day‑to‑day administration, coordination and property‑related tasks, helping the team manage its portfolio efficiently.
Your primary office can be based in Chatswood, Mascot or Rhodes, depending on your location. The role also involves regular travel between properties and offices across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Property Managers
- Prepare and maintain property management documents and records
- Update property information and internal systems
- Assist with DocuSign and general documentation
- Follow up property‑related matters with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Assist with inspections and other property visits
- Travel to multiple properties across Sydney as required
- Plan daily property visit schedules and driving routes efficiently
- Support the team with general coordination and follow‑up tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, responsible and detail‑oriented
- Good at managing multiple tasks and following matters through to completion
- A clear and confident English communicator
- Comfortable communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Calm and skilled when dealing with challenging situations
- Able to work independently while knowing when to escalAte an issue
- Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortable driving regularly across Sydney
- Familiar with Sydney and able to plan efficient travel routes
- Looking to build a long‑term career in Property Management or Real Estate
Previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate Administration, Leasing or Property Support is highly regarded but not essential. Training and established internal processes are available for the right candidate.
Experience with PropertyTree or Inspection Manager is an advantage but not required.
A current Australian full driver's licence is required for this position.
