About the Role:
n
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Coordinator to join our growing team. Supporting our residential and commercial property management operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination and administration of our property portfolio.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Support the Property Management team across PIERGE's commercial and residential portfolio.
n
Coordinate leasing administration, tenant applications, renewals, records and compliance tracking.
n
Manage tenant and landlord enquiries, maintenance requests, contractors, access and follow-up actions.
n
Assist with inspections, rent reviews, arrears, reconciliations and general property administration.
n
Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes.
n
Liaise with landlords, tenants,
contractors and suppliers while supporting the wider team to deliver a high level of client service.
n
There will also be opportunities to assist with design, social media, and marketing initiatives across the business. Previous experience in these areas is desirable but not essential.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in property management, property administration, or a similar coordination role
n
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
n
A proactive and solution-focused approach
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
n
Robust administrative and record-keeping skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
An understanding of residential property management processes and NSW tenancy legislation is desirable
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
