THE OPPORTUNITY

n

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Cleaner to help keep our two Brendale facilities on Griffin Crescent clean, safe and well maintained.

n

This is an all-rounder role covering our offices, staff amenities, common areas and designated workshop areas. You'll enjoy consistent Monday to Friday hours, with an early 5am start and no weekend work. Full-time employment is preferred; however, a part-time arrangement may be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Undertaking general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces and furniture
n
- Keeping kitchens and staff amenities clean and tidy, including dishwashers, fridges, microwaves and coffee machines
n




- Removing rubbish from offices, kitchens, break rooms and common areas
n
- Cleaning, sanitising and restocking restrooms
n
- Cleaning high-touch areas, doors and windows as required
n
- Ensuring cleaning products and equipment are used, handled and stored safely
n
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and arranging restocking when required
n
- Reporting any repairs, maintenance concerns or workplace hazards
n
- Working with the wider team to ensure both Brendale facilities are maintained to a high standard
n
- Maintaining a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for employees, customers and visitors
n

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have:

n

- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
n
- A proactive, helpful and flexible approach to work
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
n
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and safe handling practices
n
- A robust commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Reliability and availability to commence work at 5am, five days per week
n
- The ability to work across both Brendale locations on Griffin Crescent
n
- A willingness to assist with ad hoc tasks when required
