We're expanding our team of superstars in our Gaming and Beverage operational areas.

As a Customer Service Attendant at Pittwater RSL, you'll be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, using your prior expertise to build and maintain relationships alongside high service standards.
n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
n
n
- Providing exceptional customer service
n
- Bar, gaming, and front-of-house operations
n
- Ensuring the Club is always presented in a clean and safe manner
n
- Assisting patrons across all areas
n
- Coffee making
n
- Beverage mixing and cocktail making
n
- Till operation and daily balancing
n
- Willingness to assist in all areas of the Club as required
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
- Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays (we'll accommodate rosters where we can, provided adequate notice is given)
n
- Advanced RCG desired
n
n

Remuneration is in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020, including penalty rates for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday work.
