The Opportunity
n
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established and highly regarded strata management business based in Sydney's North-West.
n
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Strata Assistant to join their supportive and experienced team. Working alongside a team of 14 Strata Managers and 6 Assistant Strata Managers, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while gaining valuable exposure across all aspects of strata management.
n
Previous strata or real estate experience would be highly regarded; however, this client is also open to entry-level candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build a career within the industry.

The Role
n

- Provide administrative support to experienced Strata Managers
n
- Assist with meeting preparation, documentation and scheduling
n
- Liaise with owners, contractors and other community members
n
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance requirements
n
- Assist with general strata administration and correspondence
n
- Build strong relationships through qualified and effective communication
n
- Gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of strata management
n
- Work closely with an experienced and supportive wider team
n

The Candidate

- Previous strata, property or administration experience is advantageous but not essential
n
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
