Ensure respect for residentrights, dignity, and choice through understanding of their story, and thetailoring of routines and preferences foreach individual person

Ensure the provision ofhigh-quality support in maintaining residents mobility and personalhygiene (showers, toileting, oral health) according to individual residentneeds, strengths, choices & preferences

Ensure collaboration with teammembers to address the underlying causes of changed behaviours and provideappropriate interventions

Proactively model the Fresh HopeCommunities’ Values in all interactions with the team, stakeholders,system users, and external parties.

The Essentials

Have a Certificate III inIndividual Support (Aged Care).

Align with our values of Kindness,Integrity, Connection and Optimism

Relevant experience in providingcare services within the residential aged care environment.

Knowledge of legislation andregulations relevant to aged care.

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Current First Aid Certificate.

A Current National Criminal Record Check suitable for agedcare or NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
