About the Role

n

As our Service Technician, you will be the face of Cooee Water, working independently across Greater Brisbane while servicing a diverse range of clients from small businesses through to large corporate organisations.

n

This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to build strong long-term relationships with customers and our team.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

n

Servicing water coolers, including filter changes, maintenance, and internal/external cleaning

n

Completing safety and functionality checks on equipment

n

Providing outstanding customer service and professional client support

n

Managing your daily schedule and service runs efficiently

n

Supporting and complying with workplace health & safety procedures

n

Representing Cooee Water professionally in all customer interactions

n

Diagnosing and troubleshooting Zip & Billi systems and other boiling/chilled water units

n

About You

n

We're looking for an organised, reliable self-starter with a can-do attitude, strong customer focus and a positive team spirit. You'll be comfortable working independently, travelling between multiple sites each day and contributing to a fun, supportive team.

n

Field service or maintenance experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

n

Applicants must have permanent residency or valid Australian working rights.

n

Preferred Experience:

n

Previous experience servicing and installing Zip/Billi systems (highly regarded)

n

Restricted electrical licence (highly regarded)

n

Previous field service or multi-site technician experience

n

Excellent customer service and communication skills

n

Strong problem-solving ability

n

Self-motivated with good organisational and time management skills

n

Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities

n

Professional presentation and attitude

n

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
