Job Description

South West Radiology is seeking an experienced Contact Centre and Quality Assurance Manager to lead the radiology contact centre and drive a patient-centred service across the organisation.

Based in Liverpool, with occasional travel to other SWR sites, this hands-on leadership role combines contact centre operations, quality assurance, coaching, training and data-driven service improvements to ensure accurate, timely assistance for bookings, referrals and results inquiries.
