Led by an experienced and supportive General Manager and Director, the business is continuing to grow and is now seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager | Team Leaderwho is ready to take the next step into team leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Senior Property Manager who is looking to move beyond portfolio management and develop into a broader leadership and operational position.

The Role

n

Initially, you will manage a small, manageable portfolio, allowing you to maintain strong client relationships while taking on increasing responsibility across the wider Property Management team.

n

Working closely with the General Manager and Director, you will become an important support to the broader team, providing guidance on complex matters, mentoring and training new staff and assisting with the day-to-day operational requirements of the department.

n

With strong administration support in place to assist with the running of your portfolio, this role provides genuine capacity to focus on leadership, mentoring and team development.

This role will include -

- Managing a small residential property portfolio
n
- Working closely with a dedicated administration support function
n
- Providing day-to-day guidance and support to the Property Management team
n
- Mentoring and training new and developing Property Managers
n
- Assisting team members with complex tenancy and client matters
n
- Providing guidance around legislation, compliance and best practice
n
- Supporting the General Manager with operational matters
n




- Assisting with the implementation and improvement of Property Management processes
n
- Monitoring workflows and supporting consistent service delivery across the team
n
- Acting as a senior point of escalation for clients, tenants and team members
n
- Supporting a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture
n

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Senior Property Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will also require -

n

- Strong previous experience in residential Property Management
n
- A genuine desire to progress into team leadership
n
- Strong knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation
n
- Confidence dealing with complex tenancy and client matters
n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
n
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
