About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Staff to join our Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams on a casual basis with possibility of part/full time. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment at our St Kilda location. Whether you're working the bar, or supporting our kitchen operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and enjoy their experience at The St Kilda Hotel.

What you'll be doing

Bar Positions require at a minimum:

- RSA
- RSG 1/2 (or willing to acquire one)
- TAB Experience

We are seeking multiple roles for the kitchen:
- Kitchen-hands
- Casual Cooks/Chefs

What we're looking for

Essential skills and experience

- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- A positive attitude, patience and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Reliability and punctuality




- Food handling or RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain it
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required for casual work
