We are seeking an experienced and multi-skilled Hotel or Motel Manager at HRSVT HOTEL MOORA, to oversee daily operations, financial administration, team leadership, and ongoing site development across our accommodation, pub, restaurant, and housekeeping departments.

As the Manager, you will take full multi-departmental responsibility for site performance, procurement, compliance, and guest satisfaction, while driving operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational & Multi-Departmental Oversight: Direct daily operations across accommodation, pub, restaurant, and housekeeping. Establish operational procedures, maintain quality standards, and coordinate front-of-house, kitchen, and housekeeping teams.
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage end-to-end purchasing and inventory control for food, alcohol, beverage, housekeeping supplies... Liaise with suppliers, negotiate terms, verify deliveries, perform stock audits, and monitor margins.
- Financial Administration & Systems: Oversee daily financial duties ie processing wages, superannuation, tax invoices, invoicing, daily cash reconciliations, banking, pricing strategies, and budget control.
- Project Management & Infrastructure Development:



Direct project operations for comprehensive venue renovation and site development initiatives. Coordinate with external suppliers and construction trades for capital works.
- Human Resources & Team Leadership: Lead recruitment, onboarding, structured training programs, staff scheduling, job descriptions, and performance evaluations. Ensure mandatory staff compliance records (RSA, TAB, Food Certifications, WHS) are current.
- Compliance & Public Relations: Ensure full compliance with Liquor Licensing laws, local council bylaws, and WHS standards. Manage customer relations, resolve disputes, and represent the business with partners, corporate clients, and local authorities.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Relevant Qualification (Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Management) OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-department accommodation and hospitality venues.
- Proficiency with financial administration, MYOB, and Square POS platforms.
- Strong leadership, procurement management, and project coordination skills.
- Full working rights in Australia
