Position Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client bookings, welcoming guests, handling payments, and supporting therapists to maintain a smooth daily flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs professionally
- Manage phone, email, and online bookings with quick response and flexibility
- Handle payments and client information forms
- Assist with coordination between reception and therapists
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Understand and communicate basic information about beauty, body, and wellness treatments

Requirements:





- Experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge or interest in beauty, body care, and wellness
- Confident using booking systems and computers
- Able to work weekends and public holidays on rotation
- RSA Certificate
