The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Porter to join our Concierge team. This is your opportunity to foster a career in hospitality within a reputable hotel and be part of a hardworking and innovative team. The ideal candidate must be committed to being part of a team dedicated to providing quality customer service and continually looks for ways to exceed our guests' expectations.

The successful candidate must possess:

- Excellent grooming and presentation




- Great customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Sydney sightseeing spots and general information
- 4.5 or 5 stars hotel experience preferred
- The ability to work professionally under pressure
- The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
- Physically fit to handle luggage's and heavy lifting
