We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team at a 16-room motel in Dubbo, with an immediate start available.

About the Role

This is a casual position, with approximately 3–4 hours of work per shift, depending on motel occupancy and business requirements.

The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across guest rooms and common areas and ensuring rooms are ready for guest check-ins on time.

Key Duties

- Cleaning guest rooms to motel standards
- Making beds and changing linen
- Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing guest amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces
- Reporting any maintenance or room issues
- Assisting with laundry when required
- Ensuring rooms are cleaned and ready for guests on time
- Following cleaning procedures and checklists

What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential




- Motel or hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Positive physical fitness for repetitive cleaning tasks
- Availability to work weekends when required
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
