The Role Vinnies Housing is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to lead the delivery of tenancy and property management services across a growing regional portfolio.

This is more than a housing management role. As Regional Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary tenancy and property teams, translating strategy into operational excellence and ensuring tenants receive high-quality, consistent and impactful services. You will be responsible in building a high-performing culture, empowering your teams to deliver exceptional outcomes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring effective management of tenancy, property and customer service operations.

This is a Permanent, Full-time (38 hours per week) position based in either Toowoomba or Gold Coast.

About You

You are an experienced people leader with a strong background in the housing, social services, or property sectors. You have a proven ability in leading teams, managing performance, driving improvement initiatives and building partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, housing, community services, social sciences, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience in tenancy and property management, community housing programs, or a similar leadership role.
- Well-developed understanding of tenancy and property management practices, legislative requirements, and contemporary housing service delivery.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead through change and growth.
- Genuine commitment to the mission, values, and work of St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland, with the ability to operate in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, and ethical standards while supporting the Society's vision of creating a more just and compassionate community.
