Role Overview:

We are currently seeking applications from talented HR Advisors for a full-time position at our head office in Perth CBD.

Working

Monday to Friday, this role offers a hybrid arrangement, providing the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. This varied role offers the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team predominantly supporting our West region operations and to contribute to a range of HR advisory and project activities. It is well suited to candidates who enjoy operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and offers opportunities for career development.

Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation activities for both blue- and white-collar employees;
- Providing HR advice and support to departmental and project teams;
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing HR forms, policies, and procedures;
- Preparing and reviewing documentation relating to employment conditions, remuneration, and Employee Agreements;
- Supporting performance management, disciplinary, and employee relations processes;
- Assessing and responding to internal stakeholder requirements;




- Processing remuneration increases and related employment matters;
- Developing and delivering HR training and communication materials to support leaders and employees;
- Conducting site visits to provide HR support and guidance to operational teams as required;
- Conducting workplace investigations and managing employee grievances;
- Maintaining accurate employee data and documentation within HR information systems;
- Analysing and reporting on HR metrics, including recruitment, turnover, and workforce data;
- Advising and supporting management on industrial relations matters, including union activity, unfair dismissal claims, general protections, and Fair Work Commission proceedings;
- Liaising with the Payroll team to ensure the effective management of employee-related matters; and
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance people processes and outcomes.

Skills, Experience and Qualities required:

- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology, industrial relations or related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding and HR advisory




- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office fluency and HR Systems exposure)
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organisation
- Understanding of the Fair Work Act and other related legislation
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Team player with a positive attitude and robust work ethic.
