What You'll Be Doing:

- Recruitment Support: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone pre-screens, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.

- HR Administration: Managing data entry, scanning files, and maintaining accurate, organized employee records.

- Team Assistance: Supporting the broader team with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

- Background: Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (or 1-3 years in a general administration/office support role).

- Key Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and comfort learning new software systems.





- Mindset: A strong drive to build a career in HR and a high level of enthusiasm for supporting others. (Note: Tertiary qualifications in HR are not required for this role!)
