Trident Services Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our People & Culture team based at Gold Coast Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people, enjoys working in a dynamic operational environment, and wants to develop their career across a broad range of human resources and employee relations functions.

Working as part of our People & Culture team, you will provide HR support to the sites and be an advocate for Trident.

This role will give you exposure to a diverse range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, industrial relations and HR projects.

About You

You will be a positive, organised and proactive HR professional with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.

You will be confident providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR matters,



while maintaining a strong understanding of employment legislation, awards, agreements and company policies.

You will be a motivated self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving and is willing to contribute ideas and challenge processes constructively to achieve the best outcomes for our employees, clients and organisation.

About the Role

- Previous experience in a Human Resources Coordinator, HR Advisor, or similar role.
- A sound understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience supporting and/or managing employee relations and performance management matters.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best-practice principles.
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Assisting with employee engagement, training, cultural initiatives, succession planning and reward and recognition programs.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting regular audits of HR processes and documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, managers, and airport stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
- A high level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
