We are hiring an experienced HR Partner for a leading global organisation in Sydney.

? Location: Sydney, Australia

? Experience: 14+ Years

? Role: HR Partner / Senior HR Business Partner

⏰ Priority: Immediate / Urgent Requirement

? Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy
- Drive performance, engagement, succession and leadership development initiatives
- Lead strategic change and transformation projects
- Manage complex Employee Relations & Industrial Relations matters
- Support Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations
- Provide HR guidance across employee lifecycle, policies and compliance
- Coach senior leaders and build leadership capability
- Use people analytics and HR data to support business decisions
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and initiatives

? Must-Have Experience





✅ 14+ years of progressive HR experience

✅ 3+ years in a strategic HRBP / Senior HR Partner role

✅ Robust knowledge of Australian employment legislation

✅ Hands-on Industrial Relations (IR) experience

✅ EBA / Enterprise Bargaining experience is essential

✅ Experience handling complex ER matters

✅ Experience supporting blue-collar / operational workforces

✅ Multi-site environment experience preferred

✅ Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership

✅ HRIS experience; Workday exposure preferred

Experience in airport, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, automation, transport or other operational environments will be highly relevant.
