This is a genuinely great HR generalist role for someone who wants ownership of an HR dept within a dynamic social enterprise organisation. You'll work closely with our CEO, managers and teams across the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workers comp and RTW plans, HR compliance and managing our Employment Hero system and supporting payroll.
If you've got 5+ years' HR generalist experience, a solid handle on the Fair Work framework, and you're looking for real work-life balance (approx. 3 days/week, hours negotiable) without stepping back from meaningful work - we want to hear from you.
