We are looking for an HVAC Technician who can confidently install new ducted systems in residential builder projects. Our workload is 80% builder installations and 20% private customers, mainly focused on new system installs. You must understand how to install indoor/outdoor ducted systems from start to finish and work efficiently on-site. Able to run ducting and cables efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping install new ducted air conditioning systems in residential builder homes
- Following floor plans and installation sheets to complete jobs correctly
- Running ducts, fitting units, return airs, and all required components
- Working with a small team to complete daily installs efficiently
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Occasionally completing installs for private customers (about 20% of the workload)

Current driver’s license and full Australian working rights
5. Strong understanding of duct design and installation is preferred
6. Full car licence required for this position since work van is provided
