Looking for a better HVAC role?

Brillare is looking for an experienced, qualified HVAC Technician / Refrigeration Mechanic to join our growing team. You'll work across a genuine mix of air conditioning servicing, breakdowns, fault finding, maintenance and installations, with consistent work across our aged care, commercial and residential clients throughout Perth.

We're looking for someone who knows their trade, can diagnose problems properly and can be trusted to manage a job from start to finish.

$50–$55/hr + company vehicle, consistent full-time work and, if you want it, the chance to become dual-trade qualified in Electrical.

What you'll be doing

Your work will include:

- Split-system servicing, repairs and installations
- Ducted air conditioning
- HVAC fault finding and diagnostics
- Breakdowns and reactive maintenance
- Preventative maintenance and servicing
- Cassette and commercial air conditioning
- Evaporative air conditioning
- Equipment replacements and upgrades
- General HVAC repairs and component replacement
- Some refrigeration and coolroom work

There's plenty of variety across service, maintenance, fault finding and installation, rather than doing the same type of work every day. You'll manage your jobs from diagnosis through to completion, with an organised scheduling and office team supporting you.

For the right qualified HVAC technician, Brillare can support an Adult Electrical Apprenticeship pathway while you work with us. This gives you the opportunity to work towards becoming dual-trade qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration + Electrical.

It's completely optional. If you simply want a well-paid, stable HVAC role with good variety, we'd still like to hear from you.

What we're looking for

You must hold:

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Strong HVAC fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
- High standard of workmanship
- Professional communication with clients and the office

Experience with commercial refrigeration and coolrooms is highly regarded, but it's not the main focus of the role.
