What you’ll do

- Lead day-to-day delivery of IAM engagements, working closely with clients to understand their challenges, shaping solutions and delivering meaningful outcomes
- Design and support solutions across workforce IAM, customer IAM, privileged access, non-human identities and emerging areas such as agentic IAM
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical recommendations
- Work across IAM strategy, architecture, implementation support, transformation initiatives, and managed services offerings
- Collaborate with PwC’s broader Digital,



Cyber and global IAM teams to bring the best of our capability to clients across different industries
- Use modern delivery methods, including AI-enabled tools, to help teams deliver at scale, accelerate insight and continuously learn

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience in IAM, with the ability to work across both strategic advisory and technology-led delivery
- A practical understanding of IAM concepts such as identity governance, access management, privileged access, customer identity, authentication, authorisation and identity lifecycle management
- Experience working with clients or senior stakeholders, with the confidence to lead conversations, manage delivery and build trusted relationships
- Familiarity with leading IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Idira / CyberArk and Ping Identity would be desirable, but is not essential
- A curious and positive mindset, with a desire to keep learning as the IAM landscape evolves across cloud, automation, AI and non-human identities
- A collaborative working style and strong cultural fit, someone who supports others, brings energy to the team and helps create an environment where people can do their best work.

About You You may already be a consultant, or you may be working in industry. You are ready to step into a role where you can take more ownership of client delivery and team leadership. You do not need to have worked across every area of IAM or used every technology. What matters most is that you bring robust identity foundations, a consulting mindset, curiosity, and the ability to work with clients and teams to solve complex problems.
