About the Role The ICT Business Analyst is responsible for analysing, improving, and supporting the company’s operational systems and processes across multiple cleaning sites. The role ensures that business needs are effectively translated into system solutions, improving workforce efficiency, service delivery, and data-driven decision-making.

This is an ongoing, full time position that supports daily operations, continuous system optimisation, and business growth through effective use of technology.

It requires ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and enhancement of operational systems to maintain efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

 Analyse and continuously review operational workflows across multiple cleaning sites to identify inefficiencies, service gaps, and system improvement opportunities

 Engage with managers, supervisors, and administrative staff to gather, validate,

and prioritise business and system requirements

 Evaluate and optimise workforce scheduling and job allocation systems to improve staff utilisation, reduce downtime, and enhance service delivery

 Develop detailed business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications to support system enhancements and new technology solutions

 Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external IT vendors and developers, ensuring accurate translation of operational needs into technical solutions

 Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system improvements, including requirements definition, solution design input, testing coordination,

implementation, and post-implementation review

 Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)



and validate system changes to ensure alignment with operational and business requirements

 Support and oversee integration between CRM, scheduling, payroll, and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and seamless operational processes

 Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports to support management decision-making and business planning

 Analyse system and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement

 Identify and implement automation initiatives to streamline administrative and operational processes, reduce manual workload, and improve overall efficiency

 Monitor system performance and user feedback, and develop user documentation and training materials to ensure effective system adoption and ongoing optimisation

Skills and Experience Required

 Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or equivalent professional experience

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex operational environments

 Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement

 Experience working with operational systems such as CRM, scheduling, payroll,

or reporting platforms

 Ability to liaise effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams

 Experience in system testing, implementation, and user training

Salary

 Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including dashboard development

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary $80,000 to $100,000/year + Superannuation

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
