Independent Food & Beverage Sales Agent – Matcha | Sydney, Australia

Cross Reach is expanding its Japanese matcha business in Australia and is looking for an experienced Independent Food & Beverage Sales Agent to develop B2B sales opportunities in Sydney.

We are looking for someone with an existing network in the food & beverage industry who can introduce our Japanese matcha products to cafés, restaurants, distributors, food manufacturers, and other B2B customers.

About the Role

You will work independently to:

- Identify and approach potential B2B matcha customers.
- Introduce Cross Reach's Japanese matcha products.
- Leverage your existing F&B; network to generate qualified leads.
- Secure meetings with relevant decision-makers and potential customers.
- Support the sales process and customer relationship.
- Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities.
- Work with Cross Reach to convert qualified opportunities into sales.

Compensation 1. Appointment Incentive: AUD 100–300

Earn AUD 100–300 for each qualified customer appointment successfully secured and completed, depending on the size and potential of the customer.

The appointment must meet Cross Reach's agreed qualification criteria and be successfully completed.

2. Sales Commission: 5% of Sales For completed sales attributable to you, you will receive 5% of sales in accordance with the agreed commission terms.

This means there is an prospect to earn from both successful customer appointments and completed sales.

Important: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our matcha products are supplied on a minimum order quantity (MOQ) basis.





The applicable MOQ will depend on the product and customer requirements. Therefore, this role is intended for agents who can access genuine B2B customers with meaningful purchasing potential, rather than small one-off consumer orders.

Who We're Looking For

- Experience in food & beverage sales, business development, or a related industry.
- An established network of F&B; contacts in Sydney or the wider Australian market.
- Existing relationships with cafés, restaurants, distributors, food manufacturers, or similar businesses.
- Experience selling food ingredients, coffee, tea, matcha, or other beverage products is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Able to work as an independent sales agent / contractor in Australia.
