WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of curry, tandoor or South Indian cooking techniques




- Passion for preparing high-quality, authentic food
- Ability to maintain excellent food quality, consistency and presentation
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or events kitchen
- Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Relevant cookery qualifications are preferred
