INDUSTRIAL PAINTERS

SW Panel & Paint are currently seeking Industrial Painter to join their small team located in Bayswater.

We paint larger items such as Tipper, skip loader, watercarts etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint and finishes, and ensuring a high- quality result on every project.

· Tank lining and colour matching.

· Application of topcoats.

· Complete daily time sheets accurately and in a timely manner including clocking on and off work hours.

· Ensuring all works are completed within the scope and time frames allocated.

· Ensure all defects and hazards are reported for future action (defects of a minor nature are to be rectified at the time of inspection).

· Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skillset and qualification.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following Key Requirements:

- Automotive painting experience essential.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools and materials.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within the team.

· Professional and confident manner with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. · A solid work ethic is paramount.





· Previous experience as an industrial painter in a paint yard/workshop environment – minimum 3 years’ experience.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to work with conflicting priorities.

· A current and valid forklift ticket.

· Confined space and working at heights ticket.

· Knowledge on how to maintain and clean equipment.
