Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

$32–$38 per hour + super

We’re looking for two recent Infant Wellness Specialists to join our team at Beba Spa in Gledswood Hills.

Beba is a boutique baby wellness spa offering hydrotherapy and infant massage for babies and their families. We pride ourselves on creating a calm, welcoming and beautifully presented space where families can relax and enjoy a special experience with their baby.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for two warm, confident and caring people to become part of our team.

The positions

Full-Time – 12 Month Parental Leave Position

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week on a rotating roster, generally between 8:30am and 4:30pm.

The position is initially for 12 months while one of our team members is on parental leave, with the potential for an ongoing opportunity as Beba continues to grow.

Availability to work one weekend day each fortnight is required.

Part-Time – Permanent

We’re also looking for someone to join us permanently on a part-time basis for approximately 15–20 hours per week.

There is some flexibility around the exact days, however availability across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday would be highly regarded, along with availability to work one weekend day each week.

About the role

As an Infant Wellness Specialist, you’ll work closely with babies and their families throughout their visit to Beba.

The role includes

- Welcoming babies and their families into the spa
- Preparing and supporting babies throughout their hydrotherapy sessions
- Providing gentle infant massage
- Talking parents through their baby’s session and helping them feel comfortable and supported
- Preparing, cleaning and resetting our individual hydrotherapy pods between sessions
- Maintaining Beba’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Assisting with bookings, retail and general spa operations
- Helping ensure every family receives a warm, personal and consistent Beba experience

We’re a small team,



so this is a varied and hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative and contributing across all areas of the spa to help each day run smoothly.

Who we’re looking for

We’re open to applicants from a range of backgrounds.

You may have experience in childcare, nursing, midwifery, infant care, massage, beauty or wellness, or another role that has given you strong experience working with babies and families.

While relevant experience is important, we also place a lot of value on finding the right person for our team.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Genuinely enjoys working with babies and is confident handling young infants
- Has a warm, calm and caring nature
- Communicates naturally and professionally with parents
- Is reliable, organised and able to take initiative
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean and beautifully presented environment
- Is comfortable working independently when required
- Enjoys being part of a small, supportive team

Previous experience working with babies or young children would be highly regarded. Previous baby hydrotherapy experience is not required. Training in Beba’s hydrotherapy and infant massage procedures will be provided.

Beba is a little different from a traditional childcare centre, beauty spa or medical clinic.

We’ve created a boutique space specifically for babies and their families, combining hydrotherapy and infant massage with a warm and considered customer experience.

We care about the small details and want every family who visits Beba to feel genuinely welcomed and looked after.

Location: Gledswood Hills, NSW

Pay: $32–$38 per hour + super, depending on experience and qualifications

Hours: Generally between 8:30am–4:30pm
