Job Description Entry Level Customer Service & Administration Assistant

We're partnering with a well-established Australian automotive aftermarket organisation to recruit an Entry Level Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this is an exciting entry-level opportunity ideally suited to a recent school leaver, hospitality worker, retail team member or someone early in their career looking to develop professional skills and establish a long-term career within customer service and administration.

To provide a solid foundation for your success, you'll spend approximately the first 3-4 months based at the company's Altona North Distribution Centre, gaining practical exposure to products, operations and customer processes.

This hands-on training period will help you develop valuable industry knowledge and a strong understanding of how the business operates before transitioning to the company's Hawthorn East office, where the role will be permanently based.

The Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience across customer service, administration and business operations.

You'll receive full training and support while developing a strong understanding of the organization's products, systems and customers, helping establish the foundations for a successful long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

Assisting with order entry and order processing

Supporting the customer service team with administrative tasks

Maintaining customer records and updating system information





Liaising with internal departments regarding customer orders and deliveries

Assisting with documentation and general office administration

Learning product knowledge and customer processes

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
