Job Description

LongView is seeking an experienced Head of Home Equity to lead the end-to-end execution of its home equity business. You will originate, structure and manage transactions, and build the sales, credit and operational capability required to scale while protecting asset quality.

You will work closely with founders and leadership to grow a market-leading platform, set disciplined underwriting, and govern risk within a quick-growing, regulated lending environment.
