Choices Homecare are seeking Care Assistants for our clients in locations across the following regions:

Formby L37, Crosby & Thornton L23, Waterloo L22, Litherland L21/L30, Maghull L31, Bootle l20

n

Rate of Pay: £13.51 per hour

n

Flexible full time and part-time hours available

n

Mileage allowance, and genuine career progression

- Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential.

What to expect in this role

n

n
- Care is delivered 7 days a week between 07:00 and 23:00
n
- We ask for a minimum of 20 hours per week
n
- Every other weekend availability is required
n

n

What you will do

n

n
- Support people with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
n
- Assist with medication administration and accurate documentation
n




- Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking when needed
n
- Encourage independence and support people with daily living tasks
n
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families
n
- Support emotional wellbeing and identify changes in behaviour or needs
n
- Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
n
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
n
- Respect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries at all times
n
