We are currently looking for a Practice Leader (Team Leader – Disability) to join our Northwest Operations Team in a Fixed Term role until July 2027

- Full-time Fixed Term - 76 hours per fortnight
- Based in Latrobe
- Competitive hourly rate (Level 3)
- Salary packaging advantages – access over $15,000 tax-free
- Potential to have ongoing work in Support after Fixed Term concludes.

About the Role

As a Practice Leader, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping service excellence by guiding and developing a team of Support Professionals.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will:

- Lead, coach, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Model best-practice support and build team capability
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Ensure services are aligned with our values, purpose, and strategic goals

You’ll be central to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that truly enhances quality of life.

Roster: Full-time role worked across a rotating roster, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
