Right now, we are experiencing exciting growth and are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Support Coordinator to join our Advanced Training and Test Environment team based at our Williamtown location.

n

This role will be working as part of a team, responsible for managing the Advanced Training and Test Environment (ATTE), delivering Defence a critical capability to support all services in the Defence Force.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Develop and maintain initial project documents (proposal of change, analysis of change and initial planning documents) for change requests in the ATTE program.

n

Support a series of governance meetings, acting as the secretariat to help coordinate submissions for those meetings, recording actions and following up to ensure timely completion.

n





Work with Defence to ensure good record keeping of all program data and effective support for timely submission of program deliverables.

n

Attending and support workshops on risk and opportunities management

n

Review of strategy for sub-projects

n

Reporting on progress

n

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

n

Certificate IV qualified in business administration, leadership and/or project management disciplines or equivalent experience.

n

Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in a project coordination role, preferably in Defence or a technology-oriented environment.

n

Experience in the coordination of Defence Capability projects or products in a CASG System Program Office or Defence formation headquarters environment would be looked on favourably.

n

Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams, helping toorganise, prioritise, and schedule work assignments.

n

Currently holding or ability to acquire Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a requirement for this role.
