Job Description

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 25 manufacturing associates in a highly automated TPM-based environment. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while coaching on the floor and promoting continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on zero injuries, right-first-time quality, and cross-functional teamwork within a rapid-paced production setting.
