What You'll Actually Be Doing

n

Split your time between the workshop and a rotating stint underground, so you're never doing the same thing on repeat swing after swing.

n

- Servicing, preventative and scheduled maintenance, component change-outs and plenty more out of the surface maintenance workshop
n
- Fault finding and breakdown response across a wide mix of gear
n
- One week in six as the dedicated underground breakdown fitter, rotating through with the crew
n
- Hands-on with Sandvik boggers, drills, trucks and more
n

Camp & Travel

Set up close to both the mine and the airstrip, so you're not burning hours getting to and from site, and everything you need to switch off after shift is right there.

- Single rooms with ensuites,



comfortable and well looked after

- Gym, wet mess, BBQ area and fatigue rooms onsite

- Themed meal nights and food that's actually positive

- Thursday to Thursday roster, with charter flights or local DIDO - all travel covered

What You Need

n

Nothing outrageous here, just the basics to make sure you can hit the ground running and pull your weight in the crew.

- Experience with underground hard rock mining equipment, Sandvik/Normet a bonus
n
- Solid diagnostics and breakdown response skills
n
- Adaptable and ready to get stuck into whatever the shift throws at you
n
- A safety-first mindset and the reliability to show up every swing
n
- Willing to complete a national police check and pre-employment medical
