The Prospect

As part of our continued growth in Queensland, we're looking for an entry-level Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane Corporate Services team.

n

This is a great chance for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, with no previous recruitment experience required. You'll work alongside an experienced team and receive hands‐on training across candidate management, client development and the end‐to‐end recruitment process.

n

You won't be starting from scratch either. You'll have access to Core Talent's existing client network, national accounts and established relationships, giving you a strong platform to develop your market and build your own desk over time.

You'll be given plenty of support while still having the opportunity to take ownership, grow your confidence and progress within a national recruitment business.

The Role

n

Working within our Corporate Services team,



you'll be supported to learn the full recruitment lifecycle while gradually building your own desk and market.

n

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Building relationships with clients and candidates
n
- Supporting opportunities across our existing client network
n
- Learning how to develop new business within your market
n
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
n
- Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
n
- Building candidate networks and talent pipelines
n
- Developing your market knowledge and understanding
n
- Collaborating with the wider Corporate Services team and Core Talent business
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management or a people‐focused role would be advantageous
n
- Confident communicating and building relationships with people
n
- Motivated to learn and develop a career in recruitment
n
- Comfortable working towards goals and targets
n
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
n
- Able to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team
n
- Driven by progression, development and the opportunity to build your own market over time'
n
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Maintains a polished and professional standard of presentation appropriate to a corporate environment
