What You Will Be Doing

Working alongside an experienced Property Management team, you’ll take ownership of the leasing process and help ensure properties are presented, promoted and leased efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections across the local area
- Meeting prospective tenants and providing a professional, welcoming experience
- Responding to leasing enquiries and following up prospective tenants
- Processing and presenting tenancy applications
- Liaising with Property Managers, landlords and prospective tenants
- Preparing properties for advertising and coordinating leasing campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring leasing documentation is completed correctly
- Building a solid understanding of the local rental market
- Supporting the wider Property Management team where required




- Ensuring every interaction reflects the service and professionalism of the Ray White brand

What We're Looking For

You’ll be someone who enjoys dealing with people and can confidently represent the business from the moment you meet a prospective tenant.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous real estate or leasing experience or a genuine desire to build your career in the industry
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and managing your day
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
- Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
