ISAM Engineer - Contract - Sydney

Requirements

ISAM Module skills: Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), Federation

Experience with IBM ISAM/ISVA, WebSEAL, LDAP, WebSphere, and IAM technologies.

Knowledge on Federated Single Sign on using SAML Standards and understanding of SSO & OAUTH.

Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements

Configuring SSO solutions using Access Manager.

Implement Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms.

Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident management skills.

Workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries.

Knowledge of Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI).

Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies, Firewalls, SSL/TLS, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM is preferred.

Experience with infrastructure onboarding, environment setup, and platform deployment.

Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls





Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required

Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report

Able to create policy and procedure manual

Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the Client agreement with customers

Programming Experience in Java & Java script is a plus

Automation experience with Jenkins/Ansible/GitLab/Chef/puppet/Bit bucket

Good to have experience with migrations to Microsoft Azure

Positive to have knowledge of automation using Ansible

Good to have knowledge on CICD/DevOps methodologies

Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders / third-party vendors for break-fix; assist

in the implementation of best practices, processes and tools

Responsibility

To build up a functional ISAM platform for our client with coordination and teamwork.

To support in deploying the servers and provide end-to-end support in troubleshooting issues related to any components in ISAM. Need to work with ISAM server configurations, Policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, etc..

Duration: 05 Months andpossible extension
