Site Manager, Renewable Energy EPC, Karratha (2:1 roster) Keystone People Solutions is recruiting, on behalf of a confidential client, for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a renewable energy EPC project based in Karratha, WA.
This is a hands-on leadership role covering the project from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover, with full accountability for safety, programme, subcontractor management and commercial delivery on site.
What you'll be doing:
Leading all site and project activities across the project lifecycle
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to hit programme and budget
Owning HSEQ compliance and safety leadership on site
Coordinating procurement and long lead equipment needs
Administering contracts, variations and claims
Chairing project meetings and reporting to the Director and client
Overseeing commissioning,
energisation and handover
